Wow, I haven't seen this weight in about 7 years. I think I might change my goal weight now! But not too low.

So I was raving to my friends yesterday about how much I love turkey bacon, and they told me that it has a lot of salt. So I look at the package, and it says that one slice has 6% of my RDI of salt! So having 3 slices is 18%. Crazy. At least I don't eat it every day.

It was a friend's bday yesterday at the gym, so everyone was drinking and having a good time. I gave up drinking as a New Year's resolution, but I was not a heavy drinker in the first place. Glad I wasn't, b/c if I were I may have been tempted last night. But I pulled through.

Yay, the week is almost over!

You're doing really great. I'm VERY impressed. I've dropped 8 pounds since I started P90X. Had one week in there that I ate a few too many granola bars and missed 3 workouts. I'm not just giving up though...life happens and I got busy. Are you continuing with P90X? I started phase II last weekend. Hoping to keep seeing results. I have to take day 30 pictures....I hate that! But I'll do it.

Thanks! And congrats on your weight loss with P90X! Life does happen, but I believe that as long as you are moving around a little it's better than nothing! I am moving into Phase III now. I think the manual says that you should take a couple of weeks off from P90X before starting another round. But I was considering doing the P90x/Insanity combo, maybe in the summer. Good luck with Phase II!
