Two days of not eating super poorly.... I really expected my 170's back. 😆🤷🏻‍♀️
92.6 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know how you feel. I remember, years ago when I used to hike I would get back to the car after hiking for 4 or 5 hours in Desolation Wilderness and felt like I should have lost one pant size! So much effort and I expect better results.
