Wasn't able to do a Throw Back Tuesday, so here's what I've got today.

I can see how much fluid I'm retaining in my legs, and this was taken at 9:30 am this morning. On the positive side, I can see the reduction in size of my "ribcage" roll, and how much slimmer my arms are.
109.7 kg Lost so far: 25.0 kg.    Still to go: 34.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
