i had a huge meal last night because I had to fast all morning for an abdominal scan so this weight could be food and water weight included. oh and I had an ice-cream which wouldn't have helpedm
54 kg Lost so far: 22 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes that is absolutely true. Going well getting harder! I do them on a yoga mat or on the soft carpet. How are you going otherwise?

I hope all went well with your scan. Regarding your big meal. We all need one special splurge occasionally. With me when I eat more than normal carbs I see an upward weight fluctuation that goes away quickly when I am back on my usual eating pattern.

the AB-challenge was good. i am getting the hang of the leg lifting and plank was ok. just the crunch. i did it in my bed is much easier. you have muscle now at tummy section?

I have a 4 pack that is visible because I had to do alot of ab training after my muscles split during pregnancy. I am hoping for a 6 pack though and more pronounced muscles on the side of the lower abs. You?

Thank you caroldiff!scan went well nothing to be alarmed about just have to get to the bottom of my high liver functions. I am 26 and otherwise healthy so I am very fortunate that it seems to be treatable/manageable! I did have more carbs it was broccoli and cheese wrapped in puff pastry! Thanks for the reassurance i am hoping to be back to normal in a couple of days.

my belly now is harder than before. but i want it even when i breath in or out my belly have the pack. wow you have 4-pack!! congrats, i can't see any pack on me

Thanks! Its not huge though you can just see the outline! Just keep doing to ab exercises you'll have one too in no time!

do you think that crunches on bed is cheating? or i have to do on yoga mat. so hard to lift myself... ;(

I wouldn't call it cheating. Maybe try on the yoga mat but just start of doing small one just raising your head and shoulders slightly off the ground until you have built up more strength. And you can break them up in sets of 20 or whatever is comfortable for you. I will have to start breaking them into sets too as it gets more! When i started with ab exercises 18months ago I was only doing 30 small crunches a day. Sometimes in sets of 10. There is absolutely no shame in starting slow and gradually working your way up!

Njashka8, hope your scan is ok! I was reading about being extra hungry and it said if you sleep less than 8 hours you will be eating more. Not just because you are awake more, but your body's in stress so you eat more due to the stress.

Thanks deb! I do sleep under 8h alot because I wake up at night often to check on my girls. They are fine but for some reason I get anxious and have to go check:-). Also we all get up really early latest by 6am usually so I should really force myself to go to bed earlier;-)

thanks for your advise. yup have to break up the total if you look at the challenge of last few days was like over 100 crunches...

Yes I saw that and I will definitely have to break that up! Just about to check what's in store for me today day 15!

That is definitely food weight! Absolutely no reason to worry ;) I'm glad the scan results were ok! Going to sleep earlier would definitely help a better result with the scale! :)
