First day new challenge . I didn't finish last week's challenge in integrity so just disappeared from it!
On the other hand, I'm helping a friend move and lost weight sweating, lifting, stretching and squatting to pick up heavy boxes. I'm 71 years old and I'm proud of myself today.
I hope everyone reading this is proud of what they DID do this past week toward their well being.
