Last day of school! Lots of rain here - I've got so much yard work to do! I made a curry last night and I skipped the rice - think the only fattening part was the coconut milk but I can't think of an alternate that would give it the same flavor. With the family dinners every night I've decided to stick to breakfast and dinner so that I don't have to go over on my points or make separate meals. Hoping that now that school is out I can fill the middle of the day with the gym or the pool or a walk. (and stay away from the kitchen :)
68.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't worry about the fat in coconut milk. While is it saturated fat, it's been shown to be much healthier than other forms of saturated fat. I bet it tasted good!

Hi Megan - Your chart looks great. Looks like you're on a roll again! For me - I think without this (logging on FS) I would have stalled long ago.

Megan - I get light coconut milk from Trader Joes, but I've seen it in regular stores as well. It's about 1/2 the fat. Tastes just as good.

I am in Florida and we do not have a Trader Joes - I have heard so much about it! But I didn't know there was a light coconut milk either so I will be keeping an eye out for it! Thanks!!!!
