Well I should be happy i lost 1 lbs and not gained 1 lb. I just was hoping for more of a weight loss but I need to try harder for that to happen. More gym time well needed. But over all pleased with my progress
112.5 kg Lost so far: 37.2 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
