been stuck here at 196-197lbs for a couple weeks now. won't be hitting my goal of 200lbs by the end of October. I'm real tempted to just smash 5000 cals a day and finish these last two weeks strong 💪

Sounds good! Keep up the great work, man! You have to be the most inspirational transformation on here that I've seen. From 320 pounds to ripped bodybuilder. Crazy stuff.

I've been stuck at 155 since the first of the year. time is cramped so I guess I'll hang out here for a while. 😁😁

your best bet is to just keep eating the healthy foods and not do a dirty bulk, so you can be healthy all the way around

Hebrews, time is one thing you need alot of. Sometime there just isn't enough hours in the day to get everything that needs to be done accomplished.

What is the purpose of the gain - the scale or muscle built? I fight with this myself of losing considering just going to 300 kcals for a week. Yes the scale would look great but I would risk muscle loss. None of us are judging if you make your goal. Of course we rejoice with you, but there is no artifical clock running saying when 200 happens. How about an extra handful of healthy seeds and nuts to guarantee vessels are clear of plaques and therefore giving a slight caloric lift a purpose. But this is your journey and your heart has its reasons. I’m sure you will consider wisely.
