I went off the wagon. I have been strength training and eating more calories than my daily max. Also, I've been away on weekend social events up north and probably ate too much. Been visiting my mom in the hospital in Toronto and driving 3 hours round trip and that makes me hungry for fast food. So, here we are up 8 lbs. Crazy, right? I'm not too worried expect that my IBS has kicked in again and that's my biggest concern. Gonna get back on now. I plan to recalculate my daily caloric consumption based on now adding a strength training program to my routine. Let's see how that goes. I'm going to take a before pic of my sloppy self and then I plan to compare that to an after pic 12 weeks later.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
