Yeeeees! I am so thankful for this loss!

Despite the challenges with food over the last 2 weeks, I have put an extra effort to exercise as much as I could. And yes! it definitely pays off!
Next week will continue to be challenging... but I'll keep exercising and surely at the end this will reflect in a loss.
