Not doing so well on this challenge, When I get outside and start working I just forget to drink water. Guess things will get better soon.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's a hard one Sherrie! Do you have your water bottle with you? Or do you have to stop what you're doing and go inside? Another random thought - maybe if you keep your cell phone with you outside and set the timer to go off every 30 minutes or so? Hopefully once you get in the habit of stopping periodically, you might not need the reminder after a while?
