One more pound down. I am satisfied with slow and steady weight loss as long as I continue to log losses. Would love to hit 225 by my cruise coming up in the middle of May. The support here on FS has been overwhelming positive. I am sure I would not have made the progress I have this time around had it not been for FS and all my new friends here. Thank you for your support and I will continue to offer support as well.
