My highest weight in 5 years (this is a good thing)!!

The excess fat is fairly evenly deposited and not loaded up into one general, localized area, so it looks seamless.

Continuing upward! I think my food bill will kill me before high cholesterol does lol.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
