weekly average down still down by .4# now I'm just assuming I dropped my calories too low. 4200 seems awfully high for weight loss or even maintenance 😂😭
I'm still up 11.5# in total tho. still see abs. will go a couple more weeks.

The differences in diets are hilarious…still twists up my brain comprehending how different people train and eat. I’ve just raised my daily calorie average from 1600 to 1800 and will probably need 2000 or more to maintain my current weigh based on activity level. It’s all about changing it up and observation, like a science experiment.
