The expected weight gain hit although I'm n o t sure if its from the weekend into Tuesday(cake) or from the addition of new exercises. Either way its cool and I will hopefully see a drop in weight tomorrow.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
