I just keep plugging away, doing my 10,000 steps on my fitbit helps. I still eat a lot of desserts but have some limits, otherwise I couldn't lose at all. The main thing is to not skip meals or fast or starve because you will slow your metabolism. I always eat breakfast. I am a vegetarian so don't eat meat. I also try to not eat cheese or other dairy which is very high in saturated fat. My weakness is icecream but I buy the little 4.5 oz so that limits me. I also eat almond milk icecream.
64.2 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Hmmm...Almond Milk Ice Cream. Grocery or do you have a recipe?

Almond milk ice cream sounds good. I bought So Delicious coconut milk ice cream. Mint chip, they had another one also. I've had a spoon here and there since I got it and yummy. I was surprised to actually find it in my store.
