Carbs still a problem...two more days of birthday celebration to go this week, then back to being 'on track'. Funny, I have a weight loss goal but give myself permission to exceed the mini challenges when it suits me. I'm going to re-read the definition of integrity again. This isn't it. What's at stake??? My health in general or the quality of my health in my 'golden' years?? Hmm???
