not much of a loss but no way am I going back too eat what ever when ever a careless way to live . 4oz closer to my goal
I am asking the Lord to help me get back to the gym no I cant do My elliptical machine , but I can use the recumbent bike and I can do most of the machines that wont stress out my knee . I don’t handle disappointment well I need to get on too getting on I know life is all about adjusting what’s New Dolores Lynn <3 Striving for a goal keeps ya alive and more alert . I don’t want to be a person who is a walking dead not striving to be my best . Anyways I know it will take discipline and I feel like I lack it right now So Lord have mercy I need your strength and power to be obedient <3 please forgive my laziness <3 I will Praise you Loudly for all ya do through me. Love ya Lord <3 & Dolores Lynn <3 & My FS Family lets fight the good fight of faith that we can lose the extra weight so we will be home in our home our bodies <3

I ride my recumbent bike every day for an hour except today, its a day off as I don't feel so well. I have to make myself do it as well because I never want to. Then I thank the Lord for getting me on it. You can do it.
