Happy Friday peeps! I lost .8 pounds from yesterday! Not quite the 241.2 on April 1st day but the 230's for Monday's weigh in look very promising.

I extended my morning ride out to 6.4 miles and that breeze coming in from Palos Verdes and the added distance really took it's toll today. I'm F#@&%$g beat right now and a long day awaits me but...I will recover shortly and say Wooo Hooo like Homer Simpson once I recover. Don't lose Focus or make excuses and have an awesome day!!!
109.6 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
