Re-starting the Daily Accountability challenge next Monday Oct 11.
Thanksgiving Day in Canada in Oct. 11th ! And I joined a seminar on Integrity - Being my word (to myself).

My intention is to be in integrity about the mini-steps in this challenge until I arrive at 'normalized' weight.
I'm thinking at 5'2'' that is around 130 lbs.
I have a goal, I have a plan, just like all the great folks at FS.
I support and cheer for you/us all on our journey. Wishing us all great success and good health!
