I'm back! was doing great and them my father died. I shut down, stopped exercising and ate whatever I felt like eating. I put back on half of what I lost. :-( Time to snap out of it and get back on track!
103.9 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You did be gentle and self care and now it’s time to REALLY do self care and do the things that can put you back on the road to being the healthiest you can be in the future.. . I bet if your dad had one wish for you this would be it.
