Did okay yesterday but I did have two mini size pieces of candy.
Walked into & out from work. Took a short walk in the afternoon.
Need to cut back on popcorn and sub cereal as snack at night.
85.0 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
