Ok I put on jeans today-- have not worn them for over 2 years!! Also put on sneakers- first time sine COVID started. it's Fall here at the beach-- Indian summer next week along with all the rain.
132.0 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 45.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
