Vacation pounds are now completely gone ... interesting. We are going out tonight to see George Lopez perform so that means dinner out ... yea ... another opportunity to shine!!
85.5 kg Lost so far: 32.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Way to go on losing the vacation pounds! You inspirse me.. Memorial day weekend I went camping and the scale said I had gained 5 lbs. Over one weekend! But now I am only 1 lb away. (Thank Goodness!) But now I am really worried because I have another vacation coming up in the second week of June and I have to do it all over again... Can you offer any advice? anyway, keep up the good work girl!

Advice? Not sure I'm really qualifed to offer any since I am just learning how to do this myself. That said I think making sure we drink plenty of water is really important. Expecting that we WILL gain is important and realizing that it is not a step backwards just a temporary thing. Getting right back in our healthy routine when we get back home I think is important too. And finally, really thinking about what special "splurges" we want to indulge in ... so still being conscious about our choices while we are vacationing. Thanks for the kudos though!! I'm shocked it came back off so fast!!
