Woke at 212#, busy day at work logging over 9 miles and then hit gym, still feel $hity,better but not 100%, I'm sure work is major problem. Drs. Monday and Tuesday, I know what it is, but can't get anything done about it. And Life goes on and I'm DO N OK>
96.2 kg Lost so far: 97.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
