After my calorie surge yesterday I thought for sure the scale would punish me...it did not. Truth be told I kept my carbs under 7% of my RDI but it was still near 90g.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

my carbs were 600g yesterday .... and I'm down .2 lbs. it makes almost no difference. don't be fooled.

Ty. Today will be the test. I had pizza for dinner but my calorie intact was comparatively low. My activity today was high so I guess the scale will tell the tale tomorrow.

Sounds like you have this. Even the "binge" was within your healthy path back to where you want to be. Testament to how reframing what's normal pays off in the long run. Way to go.
