We ordered a Kale and Quinoa Salad with Temphe for me and Kimuchi flavored beef bowl for my husband from Veggie Grill. Their concept is PLANT based foods. Before we don’t know about Gluten and what does to your guts, we used to go there often. However, I learned about gluten and realized it makes my guts health worse, we stoped to eat there.

I was so hungry after seeing with dentist last week. I saw this restaurant and wanted to give it try again. I ate a Kale and Quinoa salad with tempeh. That was so tasty! Tempeh is a kind of Natto, so it is fine with me.

I still need to be carful, because plant based foods has bit high of carbs.
44.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week

To HGemmac: Thank you for your comments. I think Korean foods are the healthiest meals. I had been to Busan. I ate lots of vegetable dishes. Me and my husband LOVES Korean foods!

Wow!!! I live in Seoul but my grandparents live in Busan, my favorite place!!! I love to eat sashimi there!! Love to hear that!!!! Bibimbap and Kimbap are full of vegetables and I think you and your husband would like it as these are plant-based! Thanks for sharing!!
