I knew I'd be up a bit but I am going low calorie today to shock my system as Draglist suggested. I must be either one) retaining water or two)I am gain mass from my workouts. I guess it could be a combination of the two. I am not going to get discouraged though. I will continue to workout because I know the long term benefits of regular exercise. I'm snowbound so I will do my walking inside today. My wife said housework can count as exercise. LOL Everyone be safe if you are in a winter storm area.I'm in NC and no we are not used to this so please don't judge.
