OK. I went over my calories today by 110 calories. I set my RDI for 1600 and was basically staying below that for most days. My monthly average is 1461 for February. The only other day I went over was Super Bowl Sunday. I seem to have hit a plateau even though I have started my daily aerobic workout. I may have messed up because tomorrow is weigh in day. If I'm up so be it. I have read where others have increased their intake for a day a or two to shock their systems. Hope this works for me. If not I'll cut back to about 1000 a day for a week to jump start things. I hate plateaus but I know there are tests that I have to get through. One more thing, I have been good about drinking all my water per day but I may need to cut my sodium intake a bit. It could be water weight. Yes I know we all love that water weight.

You are right about 600-800 calories. I've had more success by cutting calories than increasing calories. That was years ago when I was making weight for wrestling. Tomorrow is a low calorie day plus an added aerobic session. That ought to get me going. Thanks for the tip Bill.

I know exactly how you feel, seems like Im plateauing or going up on a regular basis until the day following my 'fast' day (600-800 cals) then its down and the graph then shows the overall trend is always going down. Like you I refuse to give up completely my social life so there are days (or nights) I definitely go over, but the fast days still balance it all out so I keep my overall trend going. I hope that helps work for you.
