My diet is totally out of balance. My carbs can run from 27 to 180 a day, protein 30 to 90 a day and calories 300 to 1300. I can not seem to create a menu that works. I do exercise every day. I do walking, pushups, squats and lift weights. My weight does not move. I try to plan a balanced menu. cause I only shop once a week.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I do not have a diet scale. I will get one. How do you determine empty carbs? Thank you for the advice and encouragement.

Maybe not enough calories if you don't give your body enough calories then your body We'll store the food. And I won't let you lose weight.

@stacypfile35, that's an inaccurate statement. My daily average intake has been 330kcal for the last 114 days, and I lost 45 lbs without any form of exercise.

Cheryl…your egg omelette yesterday…what was in it? Your food diary shows it was 93 calories which is approximately how many calories are in a large egg. How about the grits? Did you eat them plain or add butter? I don’t see any butter in your food list and plain grits are gross. How about the 2 slices of bread? Plain? For dinner did you measure 1/2 cup of noodles or just fill up your plate and choose a preset food entry from the site? The lettuce salad with veggies? Plain or with dressing. I wouldn’t be surprised if the 1039 calories you thought you ate was closer to 2000 if you added butter, sugar, dressing, etc…. If I eat two pretzel sticks I log it. If I eat one bite of cheese I log it. Before any assumptions can be made you need to know your calorie count is accurate. Painfully accurate. Good luck.

My egg omelet was a simple egg. My grits are plain, Noodles was 1/2 cup measured- bread is toasted and plain salad is without dressing All my foods are kept simple so I do not get sick.

Just stay under your calories for the day and you will lose weight.
