Yay! Morning 2 on digital scale. My old scale lasted at least 10 years, and it was just a cheap scale too. Not missing all the bells and whistles on the Smart Scale, since it was all a time suck and didn't work most of the time. Can't say I didn't give it a try, but 2 months was long enough and countless AAA batteries.

Weigh in at Dr.'s yesterday was 2 lb. difference, so I'm going to say the new scale is probably accurate. Difference being clothes, shoes, and having eaten a bowl of cereal.

Lil Sis was right, this new Primary Care does seem interested in treating me as a whole person instead of just a collection of body parts. She was kind of reeling when I hit her with all that I'm going thru, all that's been done, and what is scheduled. She latched onto the Lymphedema diagnosis that hasn't been abated, and is referring me for the Physical Therapy that the Orthopedist didn't think was necessary. She's concerned that until we get the swelling under control, surgery is probably not in my best interest. Going to wait until my follow up visit with her before making any decision in that regard.

Work is VERY quiet today, so not sure if they're truly busy or it's just the quiet before the storm. Lil Sis & BiL playing chauffer today, and then Dial-A-Ride tomorrow. Will be driving myself on Thursday as I need to get a full blood panel done before work, and then have a Therapy appointment that I will be leaving work early for. Joy, joy, happy, happy.

Hope you have a terrific Tuesday.

Great news all around. PT is always good. Acupuncture, may be, a lil' better. Don't knock it until you've tried it! My hubby swears by acupuncture. It's really his favorite form of pain-relief. He said PT was o.k., but all they did was show him stretching/excercises/and body-manipulation by PT-Therapist. I have to make him an appointment for the acupuncture. I think it was $60 for an hour's worth and it comes w/partial massage too. I kind of favor alternative-medicine(s) too. Most of the time, they help where other forms of pain-relief fail. Right now, my hubby is using THC in the form of: Wax/Resin/Oil/Flower to alleviate his Sciatica/Lower-Back/Carpal Tunnel pains, but he's constantly using it. I use CBD, mostly, but sometimes/mostly I join him in the other methods bc, after all, all of the Chronic pain-relief paraphernalia/equipment/apparatus are mine. One of my nephews suffers w/swelling/bloatedness too. He stops eating salty foods and cuts back on h2o intake b4 going to doctor for routine blood-panels, etc. Hope you do fine and everything goes smoothly for you no matter what it takes for you to be healthier...Amen
