Woke at 215# which is the goal, now possible time to make a new goal, Snaking was wrecking havoc on my loosing, so I knew it , but did not do anything about it until this week, will try and keep the straight and narrow this week to see what happens. And I'm DO N OK !!
97.5 kg Lost so far: 96.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Snacks are OK if they are PLANNED as part of your daily intake. You are do n more than OK, you are do n fabulous! Keep up the good work.
