Did not take long, back to business.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all for the support. I am two pounds away from what I think should be a fairly low average weight, so I need to find a way to flatten the curve without making it go back up. Still experimenting... It seems strange to see so many food shots on a diet board, but it does give ideas, some good, some a little dubious (guilty as charged).

trying to find your maintenance calories isn't so easy like you may think. you'll probably continue to lose weight before you find the sweet spot. I over shot my goal weight by close to 10lbs before I was able to find maint. cals and stop losing. you could probably start increasing cals now and still drop the 2lbs easily before finding yours
