Well I was doing great entering my food since March 1st but these last few days have been difficult. I ended up getting a severe head cold which knocked me out for a few days. I'm finally back to work today and I definitely have my appetite back. I'll try to enter everything I've eaten today but who knows how close I'll get lol.
I think my boyfriend and I were thinking about starting the 17day diet on Sunday. I've read the book and it does make sense lol. I don't know how long it will last but I've heard good things.
