Bad week. Sick . . . and very tired. Not sleeping well. I hope this week goes better.

I always do. 😁 But it’s not really starting over since I’m still down nearly 50 lbs. I just keep picking myself back up.

Sorry to hear it. Me too actually. When it's rough like this I think the goal has to be mainly not to gain anything. The shedding lbs can resume when the bumpy patch smooths out. At least that's what I am telling myself. I am forcing myself to weigh in and log food at least Mon-Friday, regardless.
