Activity last 2 days - Gardening 2 hours each day. I am so tired, but it's good to see I'm accomplishing something. Screened porch is moving along. Hope everyone is enjoying this new week. ❤
75.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
