When you eat healthy and exercise you will start having them less frequently. For example I went from having mine every 30 days to about every 45. No worries!

Mermaidarial the 80cm is when i measure around my hip bone just above where the bottom maybe the correct way is to measure further down mid bottom 'm not sure?

the correct way to measure your hips is measuring the fullest part including the buttocks

Me too. Shall we make it a regular friday thing?
21 Mar 14 by member: njashka8
Absolutely! What will you be working toward this coming Friday? I'd like to be 135 even, and probably add more vegetables to my diet.

I'd like to be down 400g(roughly 1 pound) and would like to work on replacing bread(i love bread!:-() with rye crackers and corn thins because they have about a quarter of the carbs and calories of bread. I ate lots of pumpkin soup last week it is sweeter than alot of other vegetables and I found it filling maybe you could try that if you generally don't like vegetables that much. I steamed 2 cups of fresh pumpkin then puréed it. You can add some milk or just water depending on how you like it. I seasoned it with pepper and aromat but there are probably many other things you can add to make it yummy! I'll be having it again this week for most lunches and broccoli soup. Broccoli uses more calories to digest than you consume eating it!(i read that somewhere).

broccoli thing is true. they have "negative" calories...cauliflower too, told my nutritionist friend of mine.
