I think I am need to give up drinking the Almond milk. It is really causing issues with my bowels. (sorry TMI) I really like it because it is so low in calories, but it not worth this kind of discomfort. Today is my mental health day--I am crafting. Dinner will either be soup or cabbage rolls. Take a moment to be Thankful for all you have. Blessings to all. Be Kind and stay safe. (((HUGS)))

Nice drop Lynda! Sorry about your milk issues. I'm a crafts person too, used to do lots of counted cross stitch, but that's a little difficult for me now, so I'm into adult coloring books. What do you like to do?

oatmilk might be nice. I've found some that were 40 cals per cup or it is fairly easy to make your own. lots of tutorials on YouTube.

Try the lactose free milk or silk. Those may make your belly feel better.

if you're not allergic to almonds, try another brand and see what they use as stabilizers. that's probably what's giving you discomfort. you can also make your own super easily. lots of videos on youtube.

it's so hard to part with foods that you love but the body doesn't 🥲 solidarity, this is the reason I can't eat eggs very often.

Try coconut milk. I think it tastes better and might not upset the plumbing. :)
