I was really jonesing for some chocalate yesterday but couldn't find it so I went to the vending machine. I saw the trail mix by quaker oats and thought it would be a good choice. Was I wrong about that! 230 calories! I might as well have had a bag of chips. So I only ate half the bag. What a waste of money. Well the weekend is coming up again, and it's a holiday weekend at that so we'll see how hard I can stick to eating right!
64.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yep, vending machine foods can be pretty deceptive. Hang in there on eating over the holidays. Sometime holidays is where I totally lose it on eating healthy. But this holiday, I'm determined to let food know that I'm the master!!! lol. Have a good holiday weekend buddy :)
