went away to visit my eldest daughter and my little grandson(he is 15 months now)there was 4 grandchildren together-8-5-4 and 1...ate carbs did steps but not too extreme..
went on scale thought I would be up to about 200 lb.was surprised that I had gained only 2 lb..
less stressed,more at peace...
12 days before big trip to vancouver..heard there are coyotes in Stanley park...
