I'm really trying to ease back into my workout routine, but my back keeps reminding me not to push it. It is never completely at ease, especially as I roll over in bed. I'm a far cry from the 10% BF I was 3 years ago. I'm now approx 25% BF--huge swing. Does anyone know if torn discs will completely repair? Doctors and PTs are ambiguous at best. I had/have two torn lumbar discs.
