A couple of days ago, I had some carb up drift, so yesterday I did a semi-fast to get that under control. I haven't broken the fast yet, so I have the option of continuing. We'll see; so far 36 hours. Feeling good.
99.2 kg Lost so far: 27.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@ 42 hours I broke the fast with a big salad and two hard boiled eggs. We'll see how the scale responds tomorrow.
