Well, I now use the Body Fat percentages based on my Waist to Height, Waist to Hip and the Department of Justice and, due to my waist size, it's an increase in BMI. I do have a Belly and I aim to lose that because it's a precursor to Health issues. My new goal is 155 lbs and this is to see if my WTHe and WTHi would change.
