I don't know....but today can only get better. 2 pound gain is from the ham I had at dinner last night- salt . Not at all what I was hoping for. So my mood needs some positive outlook. After a few tears, I put on my big girl panties and will drink more water to flush it out. I need to paint today or craft to get in my Zen Zone. I am feeling stressed with the heart catherization coming up-so scared that something will go wrong and my hubby will be so alone. Sorry- I am a mess.
136.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 50.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Lynda, if that was from the ham alone, that would be a lot of ham! Usually a combination of things. Give yourself a break. Watch your RDI, move, and the needle will move in the right direction.
