Yes, Big jump, can barely well, no CAN'T fit into some of my clothes, have to wear the stretchy ones.. HA HA, been vacationing to much from Fatsecret and now need to get back to it, Vacation's over, My health is crappy, tennis elbow, stomach issues maybe to much food !!! Have to see surgeon in middle of week,about stomach, I can make millions of excuses, but it boils down to C O N S U M P T I O N of food..I can do this and I willand I'm still DO N OK barely !!
103.9 kg Lost so far: 89.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
