Surprised I haven't had even a temporary gain after fours days of partying with visiting siblings and friends. I consumed chocolate torte, beer, wine, restaurant food etc. and paid no attention whatsoever to FCP levels, weight, or calories. I thought for sure the scale was shot because it's read the same weight for a while now, but I verified it with the Wii Fit board, and they match within 5 ounces.

My daughter gave me a digital bike odometer last week, so maybe I'll add an extra day of cardio just to see what happens.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
