Went to the gym - hour on the treadmill - hoping that's enough these days since that's all I have time for!! Combining reading my book with treadmill so that I get two "me" things in at the same time!
Kept to points - determined to be back on track - two weeks with no progress...
Raining here finally - we needed the rain desperately - kids unhappy since all sports are postponed...
I am catching up on work though - :)
69.9 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job! You are getting back on track, absolutely. I'm glad you got some rain, we had way too much so I would have sent you some had you asked..Ha! We have no sports all week, looks like spring cleaning this week in my house.
