I LOST ANONTHER .6 POUNDS THIS MORNING!!! I HAVEN'T BEEN AT THE 248.8 MARK SINCE FEBRUARY OF 2012. WOOHOOOOOOO! IN THE LAST 32 DAYS, I'VE LOST WEIGHT 28 OF THOSE DAYS SINCE JANUARY 14TH. AND IN THE LAST 13 DAYS, I HAVE LOST WEIGHT 11 OF THOSE DAYS AND STAYED THE SAME ON 2 DAYS BUT DIDN'T GAIN ANY WEIGHT.

SINCE MARCH FIRST I'VE LOST 4 POUNDS. I NEED TO WATCH WHAT I EAT AT THE PARTY TODAY AND WHEN I SPEND TIME WITH MY FRIEND TOMORROW SO ON MONDAY, I COULD BE AT THE 248 MARK. IF I LOSE 4 POUNDS A WEEK FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS, I'LL BE IN THE 230'S!!!! BUT I DID SET MY HEALTH GOALS FOR THIS YEAR BACK IN OCTOBER ALONG WITH MY OTHER GOALS. THEY ALL ARE WORKING NOW AND I HAVE A CLEAR HEAD, FOCUS AND PLAN TO CONTINUE MOVING FORWARD.

WHOEVER IS READING THIS, STRESS HAS A LOT TO DO WITH PEOPLE BECOMING UNHEALTHY. ALONG WITH THAT IS NOT HAVINGG A PLAN AND HAVING NEGATIVE FORCES IN OUR LIVES, NOW INSTEAD OF EATING AND DRINKING EXCESSIVELY TO RELIEVE STRESS, I EXERCISE, PLAY MY GUITAR AND WRITE SONGS, STUDY FOR THE CALIFORNIA BAR EXAM IN 2016 (very time consuming and tedious study but it's my goal), CONTINUE ON MY WRITING SHORT STORIES AND MY NOVEL ABOUT THE IMMIGRANT FAMILIES WHO CAME TO THE U.S. TAKING DIFFERENT PATHS AND DEDICATE MYSELF MORE TO MY BUSINESS SIDE.

MY SUGGESTION TO ANYONE IS TO RE-EXAMINE WHAT IT WAS LIKE GROWING UP AND RE-EXAMINE WHY AND WHEN YOU STARTED GETTING UNHEALTY. THEN CHANGE THOSE NEGATIVE THINGS THAT GOT YOU OVERWEIGHT.
