time to begin again, my doctor wants me to try the Mediterranean diet now, having cut my blood pressure meds in half, my focus is on getting to normalized weight and zero medication now.
The next phase is to concentrate on my needs in order to live a vibrant, healthy life and be present to family and friends,.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
