Been off the reservation. Battling the covid spread, and back injury. Today is the first day in a long time to exercise. I started at 40% of where I was when regularly working out. I can hear my back warning. I'm at 25 BMI, that's a long way from where I was three years ago when I was 8-10% body fat. Got to start somewhere.
